Wrocław Advisory Hub was established in 2017 for a simple reason: we saw how companies overpay for offices they don't use.
We started in a small room in Nadodrze. Today we are based on Świdnicka St, but our approach hasn't changed. We count every square meter as if we were paying for it from our own pocket. We aren't interested in pretty presentations, only what stays in your wallet after paying the rent.
Over the last 8 years, we've entered 48 office buildings in Wrocław. We know their technical woes, we know where the air conditioning fails, and where the manager adds strange fees to electricity invoices. This knowledge allows us to negotiate tough and effectively. Without corporate jargon, we explain what's worth changing in the lease agreement.
Our trio is a combination of different worlds. Marek handles negotiations, Sylwia watches the numbers in invoices, and Piotr draws spaces people want to work in. We are not a big advisory firm from Warsaw. We are from here and here we build our brand by helping neighbors from the office next door.
